We are organising a ladies circuits session at the clubhouse – 8pm on Wednesdays. It is aimed at rowing fitness, but all are welcome. Starting this week (22nd February). See you there.

Surf boat training starts this Sunday (5th February) at Mylor. Men’s session starts at 10am, Ladies at 11am. If you would like to have a go, please come down on Sunday.
